Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at neonshrine.shop@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Custom orders are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part or the product is defective.
